@poopwillington Hey PW never by a hot lady in bar :-). Thanks for the feedback and comment. The dummy will never replace a live training partner but it def helps with angles/consistent/constant pressure. The half dummy is a cheap way to get started since you can get one on ebay for under $200. Even though I have a fully dummy, I sometimes use a plastic crate/plaster tub or something about that height to act as the knee/leg for the half dummy. Good luck in your training.
@laro727 Hi and thanks for the feedback. The wooden dummy is definitely great to train the basic movements. I try as much as possible to train with a live person to get the real feel for the actions/force but we dont always have people around to do that so the Wooden Dummy is a great tool to get your basic actions down, train distance and position :-). I will be uploading more videos soon focusing more on the Wooden Dummy.
Thanks for the feedback. If you had watched the entire video and thought about it for a few seconds, you could have answered your question yourself. It is called 6 + 1 because the +1 is a set of actions generally taught in the next level of Wing Chun. The inside Pack sau. The first 6 concentrated on being on the outside of your opponent while the +1 focuses on the inside.
Have you ever been told that you look like Derek Jeter from the New York Yankees?
Also thanks for the vid. I'm trying to learn about the wooden dummy a bit before I get one.
