@HimeGirl15 Yeah, I mean it's not the only thing that keeps your hair healthy however, deep conditioning treatments are still a must, heat protectant, etc. But co-washing really does help because it doesn't strip your hair and leave it drier then it probably already is. It moisturizes it instead, which is what hair needs if you use heat on it. :3
