Before any new starlet ( do we have " starLETS " anymore ? Isn't every third-lead on a low-rated cable sitcom suddenly an overnight instant-oatmeal superstar nowadays ? ) or scruffy ex-underwear male model signs a contract for any job in Hollywood ( TV or film ) they should be sat in a chair and made to watch this video.
" Look, young person, THIS is how a professional, a worker, a trouper, a STAR behaves. Note the dress, the diction, the decorum, the attitude . . . Get it ? Got it ? GOOD ! '

I think she is so lovely in this interview-smart, well spoken and truly an artist for the people. What an asset to Hollywood- all actors today should watch this and realize the public makes them famous.

@LostAngelesTV thank God, i thought it was just me :P

I believe that people should have a comment or say....it is not fair that Christina put this book out after she passed away. It says to me Christina was actually scared of Joans reaction, but still.... Joan should have had a look at that book. Not fair on peeps who pass away and cannot speak up for themselves....

I'm glad Joan said that stars should dress properly for their public--at all times. As she said, they owe it to their fans to look glamorous. Can you imagine skanky Lindsey Lohan and unshaven Bratt Pitt (to name but a few) who looks like bum taking her advice? Don't think so!!
