Alright i really want to become flexible so im making a video diary of my progress through out the next few months of how flexible i am becoming after the stretches i am doing everyday.

I stretch 10 min in the mourning
20 min in the afternoon
5-10 min before bed.....

hopefully before 3 months:
my goal is to be flexible enough for a split!

woohooo video updates every week..stay tuned & wish me good luck lol

  • Hey dont worry and dont feel left out cause im like not as flexible like u but I'm trying to get my splits and I hope this works! :) I was just wondering if u can do ur split in under 3 months now? I'd really appreciate it if u responded! Thx! Plzzzzzz!

  • @nosejob14 hahahaa no :(((( its way harder for me because i wasnt at all flexible to begin with, but im still working on it and i think in time i will get their i just have to be patient... but everyones different so you coud get there way faster than me just keep practicing! i hope all goes well for you !! :)
