The Raiders made a poor choice getting rid of Tom Cable. The team was really starting to improve, and they most likely would have made the playoffs next season under Tom Cable. As for Vince Young, it was the right move to get rid of him after that fiasco in the last game he played. Jeff Fisher is not to blame for the Titans' misfortunes.
