1 Timothy 5:18 “For the scripture says...The worker deserves his wages.” is a direct quote from Luke 10:7 - you won't find that in the OT.

2 Peter 3:15-16 - Peter credits Paul's writings along with the 'other scriptures' so clearly Peter believed Paul's letters to be Scripture.
