Hi, in this video I show you how to make brownies from a simple brownie mix into a healthy high fiber snack that you won't have to feel guilty about indulging in. I love to take different dessert foods and make them into a healthier version so that I can enjoy eating them without worry about the excess calories and sugar. Whole grains are an important part of our diet. They supply the necessary fuel our bodies need for energy and blood glucose regulation. Adding whole grains into your foods can be fun and easy! I hope you'll find this video helpful. Please Subscribe because I have so much more to share with you that you will find helpful. Thanks for tuning in!!! :o)

  • These look delicious! I will make them soon. Great alternative for Valentine's Day desserts. A dollop of lowfat whipped topping and strawberry will make this treat even more special! Thanks for the video!!!

  • Hi, some people want to reduce their intake of fat and cholesterol for health reasons, so while eggs and olive oil are wonderful for you in moderation, they are also high calories. I prefer to save my egg consumption to actually eating them because I love them so much, so when I cook I will often use egg beaters which are make from real eggs, but without the fat and cholesterol. Another terrific benefit of using egg beaters is that since they are pasteurized, you can eat the batter!

  • @YouTips4U I think BeautyIsAllNatural was asking why you would choose to substitute eggs and reduce the amount of olive oil if they are both good for you. Beauty mentioned tons and tons of preservatives - probably a reference to your egg substitute.

  • I WANT A BROWNIE , I WANT IT BROWN
