also its a shame that the cop pushed the dudes head in the door.. when your job is to train to not let that stuff get you psychologically and you still break and do something like that, it must be a pretty sucky thing to have to put up with, trying to do your job and have people treat you like a peice of crap..

Man, I wouldnt be ne of those cops for all the tea...Hats off to them for putting up with that kind of behaviour. How you can ignore someone treating you like that every day and remain poised and professional, is beyond me. Cops are tops.

@zidane583 calling it your job doesn't make it right is something that cops forgot.tn cops will spit tobacco juice in your eyes and it burns like hell.also they use a phone book to beat you with.there favorite thing is holding your head under water until you confess.watch the Darren ring video on here to see tn cops at there best torture.it will make you sick so be warned.just my opinion.

Most of what is used on people -- people charged with minor offenses -- is unnecessary and over the top. Mostly, just unnecessary. The correctional officers with significant time on the job instinctively know that as well. They, however, also don't want to lose their right/latitude to make these "judgment" calls. Out comes the restraint chair. Out come the pepper cannister. Out comes the spit mask. Why? Because they can. Why? Because society permits it.

Unfortunately, the "action" they prefer is the human misery they so inhumanely feed off of. They wait for hours on end for an opportunity to apply a pain move, a pepper blast to the face, a wrist lock, or a forced strip search. They live for the moments to degrade somebody else - to feed on their pain. Watch them closely and you will pick this up. This is the typical "correctional" mind of today. And the worst thing of all is that we, in free society, blindly allow it.

This is just yet one more example in a seemningly never-ending line of examples of the "correctional" community abusing their power. The sad thing is that a large part of free society just accepts this injustice, a large part of society is unable to see through the veil covering the "correctional" culture of abuse. Watch the reality shows on this stuff (Las Vegas Jail, for example) ... the "correctional" officers tell the world on camera they prefer shifts with action.

stacks6969allday: You pointed out the problem here. Like you, these nimrod "correctional" officers appeared to determined somebody "deserves" something. That whole "deserve" thing is for judges and juries. Let's be honest...they were power tripping (probably to make up for some inferiorirty complex issues in the rest of their lives) and they looked for the slightest justification to begin sparying and slamming. They like that. They want that. That is their job. That is who they are.

What is wrong with these "correctional" people -- they seem to spray people with pepper spray for anything - no matter how minor. Then, the tasers just for good measure. How is this legal? How is this possible? What is wrong with them, as humans?

OMG!.. They tortured this guy!... They sprayed him in the face as he walked and begged for water to clean the poison off his face. OMG!.. He WASN'T RESISTING, he was in handcuffs. OMG!... Then they tased him when he fell down from the blinding spray. Somebody please tell me these criminals were charged with felonies for abusing their power ??
