This mod does work online, even if your opponent doesn't have it.

@nitrocan yeah but what do you mean like on their screen, we're getting punished? I've had the mod before but I kept disconnecting so I took it off lol but i always wondered what the opponent sees lol

@antzenpro3 They will get hit on your screen since the game runs on whatever the user's settings are. On their screen, you're doing ex-shoryu's and getting punished.

@nitrocan so basically if you're really far away and you the ex srk with like 20 fireballs, all the opponent sees is some flowchart ken being random, wasting meter, and basically not hitting anyone? I had the impression that the opponent would see nothing but they would get hit by some invisible fireballs or something

@antzenpro3 Only the Shoryuken, not the fireballs. The game only sends the inputs, so in his screen you only did a regular shoryuken.

You'll keep getting disconnected. The opponent won't see your fireballs from the shoryukens.

@kiouze you'll just get a desynch and disconnect if you try to. 0:59 is great example.

This means you CAN modify your characters files.

This means Capcom hasn't elaborated an anti-cheat, nor did the Microsoft Live.

That's CRAZY : this means i could have been playing all this time against players who might have modified their character frame data slightly (in order not to get caught)...

This mod is awesome but it's unbelievable that nor Capcom nor Microsoft has thought about verifying player files while connecting to a ranked match !
