Zevenwacht Z-Collection Intro

The Z-Collection is our flagship range and is made by using traditional methods... Very limited quantity of wine is produced and the end product is distinctly different yet elegant. We rely on natural fermentation and make use of new 500lt french oak barrels. The grapes are not destemmed before fermentation which is quite unique

We do a Rhone style blend, Bordeaux style blend and a Gewurztraminer
