Networx Brisbane (http://networxevents.com.au) sits with the Panel Speakers following the Networx Brisbane 'User Generated Content' event on the 20th June 2012 at The XXX Alehouse in Brisbane. This event was all about how User Generated Content (UGC) and social media are transforming the way we do marketing. Gone are the days when marketers controlled the communication and path between advertisement and consumer the social media. Today is a world in which the consumer is the creator, consumer and distributor of content. The panelists discussed how to manage conversations offline and online, strategies for PR disasters, protecting brand reputation and Case studies.
