This guy is just trying to bully her. Employee identification numbers are INTERNAL, private numbers that a company uses. The employee ID # is NOT public information. Just because he raises his voice, and keeps asking the came question in a rude manner, does not make him right. She IDs herself as from a collections area - if she initiated the call, and he doesn't believe she's from that company, he is free to call back. I'm sure the phone # is on the past due notices he's been receiving.

They can give out an id if they choose to but they dont have to either... What exactly is this video trying to prove? That you cant pay your bills and you treat people like shit who have to call you as part of there job to collect money you contractually owe them and are trying to defraud them out of?
