  • The timing and accuracy needed make this difficult under chaotic circumstances. This will have a high failure rate.

  • #1: One hand block does not work against knife. He can do double sting with a knife.

#2: You should take control over the hand which is holding the knife. This is common principe in aikido and nintai-jutsu.

#3: Never turn the blade from the sharp side, always turn from the flat side.

And watch Choson Ninja videos, this man teaches crap. I'll bet the japanese were joking when they taught him.

  • @1DemonicBebeGringo I guess you don't know what lethal means

  • This guy is going to get people killed. DON'T LISTEN TO THIS B.S.

  • you're gonna get some nerds killed

  • pfft if someone tried to stab me and i had his arm like that i put all my weight on it and snap it in two, no mercy for the person trying to lethally wound me

  • As well everyone keeps saying you can't grab the blade, this is bull in the heat of a real gutterfight, I'd rather have a sliced up hand than a punctured lung or cut artery. Fights are a game of odds and survival. Just like if someone swings a bat and I can't be out of its way I'd rather have my arm injured stopping it than have a smashed skull.

  • Seeing as how this is supposed to address amatuers its not so bad, however you talk of elbow control what if he slips through, and I highly doubt even an amatuer is going to stop at one thrust, when you guard then go for that elbow lock a billion things could happen. But I've never met a guy who wasn't resisting from start to finish so I think you should have addressed that, once you get that inital block he's pulling that knife back it's instinct. not hating just think thats important

  • I can't believe people are actually paying him to teach.
