This is a 2D fighting game that was developed with XNA. The game is strongly inspired by the anime Claymore.
I have developed this game as a concept demo for Microsoft's XNA Dream.Build.Play. contest. This trailer demostrates the gameplay and art direction of the game thus far. Please relize that the game is in its early stage of development in which the gameplay and the art direction could possibly change as the game is further developed.
Currently, the game is being developed for the Xbox 360 and Windows XP/Vista platforms.
If you would like try out the early build of the game, you can download it at this link: http://www.xnapost.com/thefarthestlan... Please relize that this is an early build and the game still has a long way to go. Be sure to check the requirements before downloading.

It's difficult to say and varies from person to person. I like animation regardless of origin and style, as long as I can enjoy it. I see no real difference between "anime" and "cartoon". However, I am annoyed at how far commercialists are going to say "Japan is anime and America is cartoon." I rarely get into anime discussions because such people tend to annoy me.

Good luck, 5\5.
