Squats.
The most effective leg workout out there (In my opinion).
To do this exercise correctly, add a reasonable amount of weight to the bar. Than using your hands as a guide, find the center of the bar and get under it and place the bar just above your back at the point where when you stretch your back your trapezius form a sort of clevage in your back. Place the bar there, and than back up and adjust your legs square with your shoulders. Than slowly and with control drop your weight keeping your back straight and your legs inline. Be sure that your glute comes out as you drop down to do the rep. As you are dropping down, be sure to STAY ON YOUR HEELS! Its for your safety, and also its to make the exercise more effective. As you come back up, make sure its controlled but in an explosive manner. Come back to resting position and repeat.
