I remember watching this game live, what an incredible finish! Amazing shot by Jarrod West!!! I've never jumped so high in celebrating a WVU victory!

Being in the Navy, I was on cruise at the time. I never seen the shot until after I got back. That was GREAT!! I had heard ( and read) that Jerrod had hit the game winner, but until now, never seen it. I love all WVU sports. Goooo Mountaineers!!!!

after baker hit that shot he charged downcourt with his chest sticking out all tuuf and shit,but when WVU hit the gamewinner his chest deflated and his little eyes went wow!....lol
loved to have been in the cincy lockerroom after that game, bet huggie was going nuts...lol

amazing, he overshot that by 2 feet. completely lucky shot but a great overall game by both teams.

Jerrod West wrote a book about all that season. Said the team came very close to all agreeing to quit as a result of how Catlett (the coach) was treating them. Also says Catlett slapped him and that Catlett destroyed possible NBA dreams by not even bothering to tell players of post season special tournaments, etc. West says it was absolute hell playing for Catlett and that Catlett destroyed many players.

yeah catlett was a peice of shit loser, and like this video shows he had one fluke game in the tourney over a 20 year run. the rest was a bunch of miserable losing bullshit. but thank god for huggie because the fine wonderful people of west virginia dont deserve another peice of shit loser like catlett. also theyu dont deserve a peice of shit loser like don nehlen either, so i hope this stewart pans out, if he turns out to be another nehlen, THE RUN HIS ASS OUTTA TOWN JUST LIKE NEHLEN!
