military videos

military videos Troops from Alpha Company, 2nd Platoon, "Red Devils" from Edmonton, Canada are ambushed as they conducted battle damage assessment in the village on July 15, 2006 in Sangin, Helmand Province in southern Afghanistan.

military videos M4 Carbine - The M4 Carbine is a family of firearms tracing its lineage back to earlier carbine versions of the M16, all based on the original AR-15 made by ArmaLite. The weapon is a shorter and lighter version of the M16A2 assault rifle, achieving 80% parts commonality with the M16A2. The M4 has selective fire options including semi-automatic and three-round burst (like the M16A2), while the M4A1 has a "full auto" option in place of the three-round burst. The M4A1 is sometimes also found with a heavier barrel to withstand heat from sustained fully-automatic fire.

M203 - M203 generally refers to the United States Army designation for a single shot 40 mm grenade launcher that attaches to the M16 assault rifle or the M4 Carbine. Stand-alone variants exist as do versions capable of being used on many other rifles. The device attaches under the barrel and forward of the magazine, the trigger for it being just forward of the magazine. The magazine functions as a handle of sorts when firing for the M203. A separate sighting system is added to rifles with the M203 as the rifle's regular sights are not matched to the launcher. The M203 can fire high-explosive, smoke, illuminating, buckshot direct fire, CS gas, and training grenades.

military videos Afghanistan - Afghanistan is a landlocked country at the crossroads of Asia. Generally considered a part of Central Asia, it is sometimes ascribed to a regional bloc in either the Middle East or South Asia, as it has cultural, ethno-linguistic, and geographic links with most of its neighbors. It is bordered by Iran in the west, Pakistan in the south and east, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan in the north, and the People's Republic of China to the east.

  • @Quandary121 i hope those bastard rebels knows what were they doing they are just wasting lives,

  • your comment makes me laugh out loud 3 little letters spring to mind I.E.D at least youll get a chance to run when you hear the air comming....and there are Rules to war rules of engagment the trouble is the THIRD world has never followed rules of engagment.... but then again the third world isnt realy civilised is it .........the third world is run by the rules of chaos and isaf are trying to put that right

respect to all ISAF troops in afghanistan may you all be safe and come home

  • hence, why terrorists are using IEDS? and if we bring the guns out..they run their asses away.

    300 MP Brigade.

  • Sorry friend we just met on comments,ak47mx and i

i don't know your friend but am appreciative of his sensitivity and respect that this is serious work not fun and shoot them ups but real LIFE AND DEATH moments and just cos you got a camera don't make it any safer respect too them all, i do have the briefing after the mission if you would like to see

  • Many ppl join up through false pretenses or thinking its the right thing to do War is not like it was back in the days look at how you own troops are treated when they return for your answer my friend it is not unpatriotic to not want to join if there is just cause then yes we should all do what we must but to fight for your gov or country just because it seems the right thing to do is not a wise choice

  • DONT! Even though the thought that you will get a good job or training from becoming a member of the armed forces you will probably be better of serving your country doing something else rather then going to another country and killing ppl many Army Vets come home traumatized and unable to work because of such horrific things experienced abroad i surest taking up an apprenticeship in your own country Many drugs and other suspicious testing goes on with Army personal MY ADVICE STAY WELL CLEAR

  • do you believe in what we are fighting for? i was thinking abut joining my self national guard or soemthing all though i am opposed to the war, i dunno if i am fighting for my country if deployed mor elike a tool for the govt. but then i would at least have skills that may come in handy at a time when we are in danger ya know i mean i am just so confuesed with everything any advice or anything would help.

  • bless you for your civility
