This looks like a fantastic product, I can't tell you how annoying it is to keep remaking a crib!

Just curious, how well does the velcro handle repeated washings?

The VELCRO holds up great. The piddle pads are made with the "loop" half of the VELCRO to avoid any snagging of catching in the wash. It's estimated that each piddle can can be washed up to 1000 times.

The mattress cover(which is washed less often) is made with the "hook" part of the VELCRO. We suggest turning the mattress cover inside out when laundering.

Each ZipSheets set includes 2 piddle pads and 1 mattress cover.
