its wierd. it does have a kw1 keyway however the spacing and depths are diffrent. you cant use a standord kw1 bump key. you need to go by the new master lock spec's. I lined up this kw1 master lock key and a kwickset key.. the cuts are in diffrent sopts.

Nice vid, hey jimmy, is there a secret to using the pick gun because i just purchased it yeaterday from lockpicktools and I can open some padlocks around my house and the small shit, but i cant get it to work on a deadbolt? I click it like 50 times and i move it and click i've tried everything but i just cant snap a deadbolt. Any tips?

yea..make sure your not inserting the pick to far into the lock.. some guys even flip the pick over to get that flat pick.. {notice how the pick tapers up near were it hooks to the gun} first try to snap it keeping the pick level {that works best} if that dont work try higher in front or in back.. padlock and deadbolt springs may vary in stiffness...try playing with the snap ajuster.. the lock should open with in 3-5 snaps..if not..need to ajust something.

It would be nice to have something like that with a remote control so that you could actually activate it and leave the house. Someone picking the lock while I'm actually home doesn't worry me quite so much.

A good lock doesn't mean anything if you have a cheap door frame that someone can just kick in.

well, that's a kick in the balls for burglars who actually take the time to pick a lock. I'd say most burglars will find another way in, such as an UNLOCKED door, window, or just breaking a window to get in. Since the nightwatch device would only be activated when a person is home, I'm willing to bet if someone was going to break a window to get in they aren't worried about you hearing it, so they're either their to kill you or are just ballsy enough to not give a fuck.

many locks can be picked very easilly some take more time than others.. how can you trash talk this design its something unique and is way more secure than many locks people currently use
