I have one, 1 your suppose to have the pad on it even for carpet. 2. It works great on linoleum but is pretty much shit on carpet.

Bullshit! I just bought one and all it did was made lots of mess! It leaves floors wet and marks. After playing around with this stupid mop I used an ordinary (vileda) mop to clean up the mess that the H2O Mop made. I am not as much upset that I have wasted money as that I damaged the floor!!!!!!

Bought mine about a year ago. Used it the other day and just stopped heating in the middle of my mopping. Husband knows alot about electronics, so took it apart and found out it was a tiny part called the ( heat exchanger) about the size of a nickle. Emailed the company in china to see if he could order the part, first they said they would send him one free, just pay for the postage, then no reply, figures. Now out comes the steamboy, samething. None of these are made to last more than a year.

I didn't find this video to be a helpful marketing tool. The movements are clumsy, the product is not shown in action, and the monologue is awkward. Sorry for the criticism, but hopefully it's constructive.
