I like your workout, most of it i use twice a week, But the "Dumbbell swings" was new to me. I will take it in as i train and see what results i gain and give you a feedback later on.

What did you look like before working out, about how long did it take you to get to the shape you are in now and how many muscle groups do you work out per day? Also do you do calisthenics like your "300 workout" every day?
You're got a good upper body..but your legs need some work.
