well, here's week 1... a day early. i only hit the gym twice last week.. weight lifting, no cardio. But, i was sore from lifting. I haven't dieted at all. I probably ate more than usual. But, I think its because my body needs more calories from the exercise. Again the scale has been broken at the gym. They're supposed to get a new one this week.. or get it fixed. So, i'm not sure if i lost weight. Feel free to give me any opinions / advice.
