In age of conan you hardly notice levels. And yes certain servers people are over 40-60's

Yes you level faster in AOC, and for some reason it doesn't feel so much like grinding through like in wow. Maybe it's because the game looks so good or maybe its just because the quests are more fun? I haven't figured it out yet. Regardless, it's definitely worth checking out.

no way to know till the game comes out, unless you yourself played in the open beta... even in the beta leveling was moderate from what I heard
