Whilst observation of practice can be in groups, feedback should be given to students individually and confidentially.

Feedback should be constructive and focus on areas of strength as well as areas for improvement.

Assessors must write narrative comments in the feedback section -- the forms will be rejected if this is incomplete.

Assessors can use the categories on the form to suggest areas needing reward or development
