they weren't nelly's secrets
there was this one episode where the girls of the steps were treating nelly poorly, so she told jenny all of their secrets in hopes that she would help her.
she was always under the rule of the mean girls, but i'm pretty sure she's happy jenny's queen.

Yeah there will be, all the cast is signed on for a Season 3,
PLUS that's the reason why Gossip Girl is following everyone into College. It's going to continue (thank god)
