  • did you find out what caused this unfortunate take off ?

  • @bassax7045 The crash was caused as the magnets that retain the front of the canopy did not hold it in place. When the front canopy came off, the center of gravity changed which caused the heli to pitch sharply to the rear. This sudden change in CG caused the blades to strike the boom which created catastrophic failure.

    is it a keychain one?

  • @Zoomer1973 Yes, it's a key chain that Is attached to the bill of my ball cap using velcro.

  • @stratman4u thanks ,after reading your explanation ,and watching again ,,i see that it happens exactly as you are saying,,i like to learn from other peoples crashes too

    and post my crashes as well for that purpose ,at least if i filmed it

    i trust you are back in buisness already ,and wish you some better luck in the future

    when i will install a fuselage with magnets i will use extra connection points to prevent this from happening
