My body, my choice. The world is made up of 8 billion individual daily choices which create a more peaceful or more violent world. Abortion is an act of violence against our own body, our children, our families and our world. The acts I commit with my body in this world make an impact for peace or violence, life or death. Today, I choose peace, I choose LIFE.
@dmcarefuldriver Because a baby, who can not care for themselves, has no other choice but to be dependent on their MOTHER gives us the right as human beings to take that child's life? When I was younger I asked myself how could people in this world allow something like the Holocaust to happen. I then learned there were people in the world like you. Those who do not value human life. And that will eventually kill us all. God Bless my friend, this conversation is over...
@dmcarefuldriver You're right that the victims of the holocaust were not dependend in that way but in many ways they were. They were dependant on the protection and resources that others had like a hiding place or connections to escape. Did this dependency make them any less valuable? Being helpless and dependant does not make someone less worthy of care but more. Women in a crisis pregancy have a choice of either doing something heroicly good or tragic.
@PeacefulLivin One little difference you forgot... the people killed in the Holocaust were not dependent on someone else's body. I would say it's very "Hitlerish" to force someone to use the resources of their own body to give birth.
We are praying and moving to see the lies and destruction of choice abortion end in America. We thank you for this labor of love. Cant wait to own this film.
@Neko Second, this period of a human being’s natural development occurs in the womb. This is the journey we all must take and is a necessary condition for any human being’s post-uterine existence. And this fact alone brings out the most glaring disanalogy between the violinist and the unborn: the womb is the unborn’s natural environment whereas being artificially hooked-up to a stranger is not the natural environment for the violinist.
@Neko Also, I find the violinist argument very intriguing. But there are several flaws in Ms. Thomson's logic. For example she compares "withholding treatment" from the violinist to killing an pre-born baby. That makes about as much sense as holding a pillow over someone's face to suffocate them and calling it "withholding oxygen."
NO CHOICE JUST LIFE

@CEC4LifeWest We can take the argument to messages if you want to continue, the character limit is way too annoying/restricting.
