It's a FUNNY. SONG!!!
And listen: it's not AT ALL about orientation: it rips on __traditional gender roles__ and perceived masculine/feminine behaviors, likes and dislikes, which IS NOT AT ALL dishonoring or bullying or even IMPLYING! anyone's sexual orientation, either gay or straight. If you can't laugh at the silliness of a supposed raunchy pillagy pirate shipmate just wanting to BE DIFFERENT for once..... and if you listened to the end, the guy won! They all danced, and liked it!
