They certainly were not caged all of the time he had them in the house one time and out on a leash.. I was in the car of course lol

if you want an exotic cat then go get a fishing cat or something

He deserves it what is he doing keeping a tiger, they are not pets and belong in their own habitat.

@moonlily1 I don't think they necessarily "turn" on you. They are simply reacting on primal instinct. I do agree that no tiger should be kept as a "pet." It is cruel IMHO, and does NOTHING to conserve these beautiful rare animals. It's a stupid, selfish act to keep them as you would a dog! They get shot because they killed their owner, well, it's not REALLY the tigers fault! Their stupid owners who "love" them condemned them to this.

This cat was obivously lived in a cage its hole life there must be some reason it mauled him if a tiger was raised by hand & its spirits & trust wasn't broken the tiger wouldn't of touch him.
Kevin richardson has over 39 lions & has never been mauled by him ever.

What an idiot. Who the hell keeps a tiger? Its like a 600 pound eating machine. If he wanted an exotic cat he could have just got a bengel or a savannah cat.
WHAT IS THIS WORLD COMING TO?

Good work by the tiger. I'm glad his captor is dead.
Let's get something straight here: Norman Buwalda did NOT love animals. NO ONE who loves animals cages them for their own pleasure. People who love animals fight to protect their status in the wild and fight to preserve what's left of their dwindling habitat. Period. Anyone who keeps animals captive for their own pleasure is an animal abuser. Period.
Again - glad this abuser was mauled. He deserved it. The tigers deserve to be free.

@M1kaTck or a cake mixer
This man was a dumbass who brought it on himself. Tigers cannot be tamed; if they could, they wouldn't need cages. He thought of them as family...obviously the tiger did not feel the same way. No matter how much you think they 'love' you, they can turn on you at any time.
