To those new to Gene Hoglan: He is The Thing, and the creepy girl who crawls out of the T.V from The Ring, playing drums. He is also the best metal drummer ever. Ever.

I recently saw him drumming for Fear Factory and I gotta say: where Raymond H. looks like he is sweating it out, Gene looked like he could also have been talking on the phone or taking a bong rip while he played Self Bias Resistor
