This will show you how to change your barbell to a different one. Hopefully this will help. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a private message. I will make another video sometime about how to change to a bar that's not straight.

  • Looks like it hurts like a bitch.

  • How long do you need to wait to change it? Because in five days I start gymnastics, I can't have any showing piercings so I want to change it to a retainer. P.S I got it pierced December the 4th.

  • you always go from the top hole down because it lines up and makes it easier

  • its hard for me to unscrew my top piercing, iono why they screwed it on so hard! i cant get that one loose

  • hey girl! So I got my industrial pierced august 13th, it's now December 8th and I still have cuts and bumps and such.

Also, I got my industrial pierced with captive bead rings instead of the bar for "easier healing" but it still hurts and I can't seem to take out the cbr because of the pain. Suggestions? :(

  • @Georgia97Ox Preferably 6-8weeks

  • @ohxindy SO TRUE hahaha im like freaking out XD
