  • At 3:33, the narrator states "Early that fateful summer..." What and why was it called the "fateful" summer? It's not talking about the assassination as was in the Fall of 1963.

  • @bluemountain555 Yeah, that must be an error

  • When you buy the DVD be sure to buy the director's cut. It is a 2 DVD film with some very interesting interviews on it.

  • Ok, thank you for telling me :)

  • any chance of posting the whole movie?

  • Sorry I don't own the film. I just found the intro on the internets and thought it summarized Kennedy's presidency well. I also love the JFK theme that plays. I plan to purchase this film someday.

  • Anyone thinks this film should be re-released in 2011?

  • Brilliant. Buy it. What's the point in watching a movie on the internet?

  • Thinking this movie is completely false and LHO acted alone is typical for any closed minded individual. Look up operation northwoods or better yet reichstag fire for a better understanding of the "Official" story of JFK's death.

  • Great made movie. But completely wrong intellectualy...sad millions of people still think that movie tells the truth. The movie is full of mistake or deliberate easy to check....but people don't care, they buy it.

  • @bluemountain555 fateful as in the last days of his life i think

  • Incredible Film

  • @bluemountain555 It can mean ominous. That was the last summer he was alive before he died that November.

  • @bluemountain555 he's just a guy, nothing special. That's the part of the movie where it discusses the Cuban Missile Crisis. It's just a conceptualized vision of what would happen to some ordinary guy at home during a nuclear blast. Oliver Stone intercuts the entire movie with both actual footage and reenactments in black and white.

  • At 2:41, it shows a man seated reading a book when an explosion takes place. Does that come from a news report? Who is that man?
