@kupu2pagi Not quite, but close- the majority of the weapons used are magically enhanced, for example, Ky's sword, the Fuuraiken, is electrically charged.

@kupu2pagi Sol is, and Testament is too. With Justice, only those three are Gears in this game. The sequels introduced more.

@aarrmmeenndd100 She's a Gear, which is kind of (sort of) like a massively augmented human being. Most Gear don't retain human shapes, though. Justice...kind of did, the developers flip flop on that a lot. It's not clear whether she's still human in shape but trapped in powered armour, or if that armour IS her body.
I haven't played in a couple of years though, so don't take my word on this as law...
