dude get rid of vista! that operating system is soo bad. ubuntu is free and much better then that! windows 7 is worth the money. runs better cleaner and faster

Hey so i was tryn to learn how to use solidworks 2008. I was doing the 30 min tutorial and when i was about done.. i was not able to fillet a tangent edge.

Are you running a workstation class machine? if so is in vista 64 bit and SolidWorks 32 bit? or vice versa?
