1989 Ford Taurus SHO with new exhaust

I just had my entire system revamped with new parts. I have new stock headers, Magnaflow catalytic converter, dynomax pipes, and Vibrant TPV mufflers. It sounds a lot better once the car is warmed up...this was a cold start. It also really widened the powerband.

given the SHO's sound tinny from the factory, i think it doesnt sound half bad, who cares about looks when you blow there doors off i a 4 door sedan lol nice sho.

why did you paint it blue? all years have certain color choice, in this case, the 89 needs to be black.

Such a bad choice for exhaust on such a great car buy the largest resinator you can it will get rid of 90% of the raspy nasty sound then put like flowmaster or some type of perfomace mufller and it should sound good my friends sounds mean that way

@Texantriniboi yor a turd! 1) 3.5 is a gm size, 2) the only v8 in a sho was a 3.4 3) all 89-95 SHO came with a 3.0l MTX or 3.2ATX

@Texantriniboi 3.0 V6, then 3.2, the later bug-eyed Taurus SHO had the little V8.
