Nairobian Chapter of Slum Cinema stated screening slum cinema docs in februari 2008 in the town Thika 35 km north of Nairobi. The slum Called Kiandutu is a very marginalized area full prosperous young people, but a lack of all. Slum Cinema started screening and some youngsters are already part of the team and trained in photography and video reporting
