wish i knew her secrete recipe..i usually put my shellfish in cold water with pepper before steaming them for about 2 hrs so they can spit out the sand. then steam them with seaweed i alwaysss cut them in pieces. most restaurants blend their quahogs with the muscle some even use linguica wich is not original it over powers the taste of the clam i also make my own stuffing..

My wife introduced me to these years ago, she is from Fall River. I have to order them from Fall River to California. My orders get larger and larger as our friends try them. They are one of my favorites.

first off i watch every vid you do thats why i dont sub alot of people so i can watch all their vids. ok yes you can get them up here but not that much i cant see why cuz their good. the best iv had was at a place in ''narraganset'' called aunt Carries they had great clam cakes or balls you dont see them much up here dont know why

Ah, so that's what Quahog means, always wondered were Family Guy got that term. Don't know if I'd ever eat a clam... It's a bit odd to me, lol. Sorry to hear about the OPSEC recipe.
