I would suggest watching your introductory video, done as you are starting your road back. It is a prime example of the poor audio quality, and variance of sound output. I think if you hear it yourself, you will be motivated to do something to resolve it. Thanks for doing this.

@dgrove21 Ya sorry about that. My wife and I are on a pretty tight budget and our phones are what we use to record videos and lately they just all turn out pretty poor. We're going to splurge and buy something with better quality this week so later this week the videos will probably be much better. Trying to do it on a budget! haha

You're honestly just great. All of the trainers I've seen or known have always kept their routines secret and never share anything with anyone unless there is money involved. But what you are doing benefits everyone. I am a runner, and I think there can never be too much advice so I will go with you in this journey to fitness.
