Hey bud If you are interested I got a bunch of 300 calorie Recipes I can give you that I came up with. Also have you ever tried weight watcher bread. Two pieces are 100 calories and it tasts like real bread...brown bread though I could never eat white. Puts me to sleep.

Really well-balanced lunch ^_^ you even got in some healthy fats with the avocado. One thing I would change is to buy and make my own turkey lunch meat. It's a pain in the butt for a couple of hours but a smallish turkey will provide sandwich meat for a while and freezes well. I just don't eat deli meats because of all the added sodium and preservatives have been linked to weight gain and other health issues.
