@gatsbyfaulkner according to your last post regarding Jesus and Satan, you should not understand the verse as denise90ish1 wants.
Let me tell you that Jesus is considered as a great prophet in Islam; it is mentionned 5 times more than Mohammed in the Quran. And muslims are waiting his return! His mother has her own chapter in the Quran. What was the religion of Mary ? Who did she worship ? Think about that (just 5 seconds).

@denise90ish1 Do you mean that you have the Spirit ? if yes, according to @gatsbyfaulkner, you have divine power and you do not make sin and not be tempted by satan. read you post please and think before sending them.

@gatsbyfaulkner You should read your post; you wrote:“God Himself allowed the weakling Satan to tempt Jesus”. That means that there is God and Jesus, separated. So you agree that Jesus is not God. And then you finish by “Satan could only attack Jesus' human nature, but not His divine power”.So you agree that Jesus is a human being and you add that he has divine Power to validate your theory. Leave aside the scriptures and answer to the question : Why don’t you worship God but the son ?

@denise90ish1 Thank you for the nice comment and the verse. Muslims trying to put scriptures in their own terms is actually a part of their TAQIYYA... They lie for their god Allah and Moh. I'm not saying I'm well-versed about the scriptures but the fact that I believe in Jesus and His redeeming power is enough for me to know that what they (Muzzies) try to do to Jesus IS evil and therefore MUST be fought by faith. Ciao. :)

@Indiana0777 Satan cannot tempt God... I know you agree with this... BUT the scriptures said that God Himself ALLOWED the weakling Satan to tempt Jesus; this is to prove that the Divine nature of Jesus prevails. Just because Jesus was tempted does not mean Jesus succumbed to it. The scriptures testify that Jesus HAD to be tempted to show us that anyone with the Holy Spirit would not fall into temptation. Besides, Satan could only attack Jesus' human nature, but not His divine power.

@gatsbyfaulkner Yupp twisting scriptures is what muslims do best. 1 Cor 2:14
The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.

@gatsbyfaulkner How Satan can tempt God ? sorry it makes no sense for me. Who is Satan? Why he is on earth? because he disobeyed to God, his creator. We are on earth, because Adam and Eve disobeyed to God. Satan tempts humans, because they are weak not God his creator - because he wants us to join him into hell; Regarding the crucifixion, if the Angels would not let the foot of Jesus hit a stone how they let him be crucified ? no sense ; the Quran gives the answer.
