he is not a main character, but a side role, hes like some white 12 year old who pretends to be black on the headset, but in the backround u can hear him arguing with his parents about bedtimes in his true high pitched voice. im kinda making it sound gayish, so just check it out, conflict, im not sure which part it is, but i think its episode 11

the problem with the character of todd for me was that he came of as less of an intellectual and more of cortanas bitch, and cortana being constantly pissed off about chief made her seem like a bitch

Wow people actually emailed him and asked why the Arbiters wasn't holding the flag when he said he was? Really? SERIOUSLY, some morons did that?! Wow, I was to engrossed in the story to take note of something that superficial. Love this episode btw! Well, until the new characters show up at least ^^ I really wished that he'd just introduced one character, that grunt thing. Another master chief feels redundant. The more toys you introduce just makes arby and chief a little less special
