  • Being the methodologist & statistician myself (with different main areas of research tho, but I also have a huge personal interest in fitness and supplements), I get to explain these exact points to various people over and over again. So, the fact that someone with a lot of credibility such as yourself made this nicely presented video brings me a lot of joy, since now I can simply tell some of those people to go and watch this. :-) Great video, keep 'em coming, and much respect to you!

  • I'm not on Facebook or Twitter, but I posted this on the RXMuscle Forum titled "Nutrition & Fat Loss" under the string title: "Will Brink: Correctly Interpreting Reseach on Supplements"

  • Pharmaceutical companies fucked up research as a valid science it is now a standard to sell shit and make more money as fast as possible before people die and try to sue.

  • @willbrink Thankyou.

  • great video, no one ever told me about the abstract thing being the 'best case scenario' and stuff like that. so thanks a lot Will :)

  • A lot of times what i have found is studies will do everything right and it will turn out that whatever there testing did provide benefits, but it's only like 0.02% difference. No one cares about the super small difference all they hear is it works and tell everyone that.

  • you have an intelligent and balanced view of these "research papers" good video :)

  • @ADTT71 - "Winning"
