I heard Dawkins when he said that. First there was "If your brother sujests you worshiping other Gods, you must kill him" and he called God arrogant. He's the one who doesn't believe in God. If there is a God and only one God and other Gods are Idols, that seems fair to me. If God is arrogant saying he's the only God and who to worship and give credit to for the universe, Richard Dawkins is arrogant calling himself an Oxford graduate and a Human Being.
