http://tw.myblog.yahoo.com/... 在2002年元極舞‥金蓮昇華這一集正在學習~ 東寶國小剛好要舉辦建校55週年校慶、學校邀請我們潭子元極舞隊 表演、在大家都沒有時間排練的情況下就上場表演這套剛學還不熟練 的"金蓮昇華" 雖然跳得有點"零零落落"也不整齊、但是可看出我們很用心的在表 演~所以有達到運動的效果了!不錯啦!
