Another video of the C.96 'Broomhandle' Mauser - without the stock this time. The barrel being relatively high over your hand tends to increase muzzle rise. Recoil impulse is mild, however.

The ammo is Prvi Partizan, the clips were made by DWM. The pistols is a wartime commercial model, made by Mauser in Oberndorf am Neckar - this puts the date of manufacture between 1914 and 1918.

  • is the broomhandle grip comfy?

  • @ermaslv44 Not particularly ergonomic but it's not uncomfortable to shoot.

  • But can it kill? O- o

  • @LittleGamer95 Kill what? It shoots an 85gr .30 caliber projectile at around 1400 fps. It's certainly lethal.

  • @DrakeGmbH but ..it looks soo small and stuff O-O ww2 guns are strong! this one is a German pistol right? :)

  • @LittleGamer95 Yes, it's a German design. It was invented by the Feederle brothers under the employment of Mauser.
