No, no you misunderstood. Approximately 4% of all black people in D.C. have HIV not 90% of black people in D.C. The video said 90% of HIV cases are African American, there is a HUGE difference in what you claimed and what they said. And there are many more factors than your racist reasons, its very complicated and have some compassion for goodness sake.

Let me enlighten you. About 55% of the DC population of almost 600,000 is black; that means about 330,000 people. About 3% of the "ENTIRE" DC population are believed to have contracted HIV/AIDS, that about 18,000 people. Thus it is easy for any educated person to see that 18,000 is not 90% of 330,000. It's ironic that the person suggesting 90% of the black DC pop has HIV/AIDS is also describing a group of people as "not intelligent or ignorant" Choose education over ignorance for yourself.

Alright , Now lets legalize Gay marriages in DC to promote and at the same time celebrate HIV....Fact is almost 60% of DC's population is BLACK and almost 90% of those BLACKS are HIV infected. Could it be that their not to intelligent or ignorant or maybe they just don't care and feel BLACK is too slick and can't get caught hmmm.

What they won't tell these idiots is that an aftrican or afro-American person has 50X the chance of contracting AIDS per exposure as`compared to Euro whites.The political Correctness Police are really pullin' one over on the stupid public. P.S. I guess they don't count Detroit - HIV pos rate is at least double that of DC.
