    Jon, Nice vid!

    Do you find the city+ roasts "zingy" like a popper roast? How long can the roast time be extended before cooling?

    Obviously, with the smaller charge you don't want to bake the beans!

    I will have a hard time switching from my home roasted coffee after getting my Roaster from you. Great choices of green bean varieties too!
