@WinsEpicThe its the skil called ebon vanguard sniper support. 10% chance to one shot any normal foe and 25% chance to 1 shot a charr. well it actualy doesnt say "1 shot" but it does 700+ dmg so it is 1 shot 1 kill. not on bosses though. can deal nice dmg though
