www.mediainsider.com.au is a media training business which teaches people not to freak out, or commit serious bloopers, while the camera is rolling.

I'm a sports presenter with Network Ten in Adelaide Australia.
I love my job but sometimes you do things that you regret and way back in 1986 when I was working at the ABC that's exactly what I did.
I was attempting what we call in the media business "a stand up" for a story I was filing about a major tennis sponsor pulling out of a local tournament, but as you can see I became frustrated and had a great big freak out, but i was also caught out because I forgot the mic was live ..
I now run a media training business in and ironically I teach people about the perils of saying silly and rude things when they think the microphone is off.
Media Training is essential for anyone who comes in contact with the media ..
