the same thing happened to my sister but it was look fantastic, not asos. she ordered the UD get baked palette, but 2 of the eyeshadows were the same shade. they just sent her a new one and let her keep the old one!!

If you put the broken part od the lip pencil in a pot you can use the lipstick from the pot with a lip brudh and no waste:)

I wish my ASOS customer service experience was as positive as the ones I've been reading in the comments below! I bought a very expensive bra from them, which wasn't sewn correctly and they did absolutely NTH but say send it back! So, maybe they're just good when it comes to cosmetics, 'cause they're nothing to write home about when it comes to lingerie :(

I bought 2 products from mac online before xmas, prep and prime skin and a bronzer. One was an xmas present. Both the boxes were squished and dented n generally tatty looking, so i rang their customer service line and they sent out replacements without me having to return the 1st ones. 2 for the price of 1, cant complain. X
